Sedgefield Huts offers three separate huts on a mountainside, each with a private bathroom and a separate kitchen unit. The Double Room with Lake View and the One-Bedroom Chalet both provide lake, mountain, and river views. Each unit includes a private entrance, outdoor furniture, and a patio.
Self-Catering Setup
There is no restaurant on site. Each hut has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, as well as a dining area. Guests can use the shared kitchen or the BBQ facilities and outdoor fireplace.
Outdoor Relaxation
The property features an outdoor fireplace, barbecue facilities, and a terrace with views over the valley. Guests can unwind on the patio with outdoor furniture. The peaceful location on top of a mountain offers stunning views from the braai area or from bed.
Location & Access
Sedgefield Huts is 10 minutes from Sedgefield town and 20 minutes from the beaches. It is 30-40 minutes by car to George or Knysna. Lakes Area National Park is 16 km away and Knysna Heads is 33 km. The nearest airport is George Airport, 47 km from the property. The last part of the access road is narrow and requires careful driving.
